So so grateful to have property agents who care. I've had the pleasure of being a renter in a previous life and now a landlord with these guys. I can safely say especially after recent experiences renting out that they are so proactive and fair to both sides of the coin. Randal is an outstanding agent. Randal does everything he can to help and assist. He is onto fixing issues reported by the tenants as soon as possible, as he knows looking after your property and maintaining it is very important. COVID-19 meant that some maintenance tasks could not be conducted in a timely way and our tenants did not always respond to our requests to access the property or did not report maintenance issues at all. Unlike other larger agents when you deal with junior staff with little experience, you always deal directly with Randal who shares his experience and advice.
