Isabelle is a gem, and this was truly a 'Stellar' experience. Had that sinking feeling yesterday morning that a friend's birthday had arrived, but I was ill-prepared. No gift! No card! Uh oh!Ten minutes of frantic googling later, I found a website - they promised same day delivery in Melbourne! Custom gift boxes! I chose from a huge variety of lovely products - organic chocolate, Australian tea, beauty products, and a Yuzu soap that I am truly jealous I didn't get to keep for myself.Isabelle made every effort to contact me and keep me informed of the delivery progress, even when I made the mistake of not going into enough detail about the apartment mailbox instructions. It was delivered successfully and was so beautifully packaged. So now I look like a great friend - thanks, Stellar Gifting! ❤️

I highly recommend Stellar Gifting. I am in California and wanted to send a thank-you gift to a couple who had allowed my son to stay a few weeks in their Melbourne apartment (for free!). I contacted Stellar via their website and received an email almost instantly. Isobel was great! She asked me questions, made suggestions, and ultimately created a wonderful customized gift box that the recipients RAVED about. She even sent me a video showing me the contents of the box, reassuring me that everything was presented in an elegant manner. Communicating with Isobel was very smooth despite the difference in time zones. She was knowledgeable about vegan sensitivities, sourced items just for me (a small American flag), and transcribed my message in beautiful handwriting! No standardized, predictable, off-the-shelf gift company would have been able to do any of that! I am VERY pleased with my experience with Stellar Gifting.
