Good overall experience given it was midweek. Asked for advice from the staff and it was a knowledgeable reply, fwiw. Receipt emailed to me in PDF. makes it easy for record keeping and tax time. Wish more places did this.

Plain and simply the ladies on the front counter are all ways so friendly and welcoming. It really does make it a pleasure shopping there. (Even though other team members can be hard to find when you need someone and with minimal or incorrect product knowledge a lot of the time) Sometimes just a friendly smile and warm greeting is a true show of customer service. These ladies are a true credit to your company. Thank you ladies once again for your constant impeccable service and all ways exceeding the customer’s expectations

Like every other store, heaps of cheap items and also some to spend a bit more on because you can. Staff are great and helpful, opening and closing times are godsend on those days when your tinkering on the bike, car or boat. So it's good to know 99% of the time they might have it on the shelf or the other store 20mins away will have it.

What a brilliant Auto chain they have most things you need to maintain your car and the supper helpful staff are happy to fit those tricky wiper blades or fit a new battery. The Staff at Cleveland are very car smart and come up with all sorts of clever tips and tricks to keep you car looking and running like new.

My husband visited this shop today to ask their advice about the battery in our car. He was told that due to the weather conditions they are not able to check the battery and to reccomend to buy something. According to the rules it was not safe to do this check today. Really? Are you joking? What was wrong with the weather? Ok gues. No worries at all. Will spend our 300$ somewhere else.Very bad customer experience

The store is great. Very clean and bright, jam packed with products. The staff are very friendly and helpful and pretty knowledgeable about what it is you're chasing. I have no problem with the products on sale. You get what your budget allows.
