From the first phone call to the follow up messages Noah’s Ark services were professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They came highly recommended on our local social media group too. The two staff we dealt with were lovely, answering every one of our questions. Service was prompt and accommodating of our busy calendars. Completely Covid compliant too! Thanks guys. I have used Noah’s Ark before and was very happy with their service. They always arrive on time, locate the issue quickly and just get on with the job. We had Kaleb & Adam from the Sunshine branch doing possum management for us today and they were amazing! Not just they identified a missing roof tile and helped us put one back (turned out it might have been moved by possums as it wasn't actually missing but pulled down a bit), they also managed to spot a possum sleeping between walls (the fur was sticking out from a small gap!)Emma has been great too we got email & message confirmation, message notification before tech's attendance, and detailed explanation about all the process.

Very practical, honest, and on time without scare tactics. Solution focused when access to roof was not easiest option for access .

I was alerted to the presence of termites on trees near my fence. My neighbor recommended Noah Ark's Pest Control, as they had successfully gotten rid of termites in his house. I was impressed with Emma's scheduling and communication of the arrival of the pest inspectors. I received a text message and they arrived promptly.Simon and Adam were soon busy checking for termites. Simon answered all of my questions and more. I learned that ant caps do not stop termites, but only make them visible as they have to resurface to continue building their mud tunnels. Simon examined some feces on wood, but thankfully, they turned out not to be termites.Simon also alerted me to damp earth and soil erosion caused by water flow beneath the house around the front door. He saw hundreds of wood cuttings from the construction of the timber house beneath the house. He advised me to remove the wood cuttings as well as the pile of wood along the fence as they are food that will attract pests.I was very impressed with Simon's professionalism, friendly demeanor, patience, and great communication skills. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a top-class pest inspection.

After moving into my new home we discover small white bug crawling everywhere throughout our home. I was shock and thought it was termites. So we ranged Noah's Ark. Emma picked up the phone and asked us to send her pictures. She then reassured me it was not termite after looking closely at it. Emma was very informative and helpful. Thanks for your expertise

The business provided poor quality service, misled me, and mis-placed a piece of tile which caused rain damage.Why am I leaving a 1 star google review after six months [it should be negative]? Because the misleading" part still makes me sick about the business even today.A possum was trapped in my house. After a few days of making noises
