The best Reformer Pilates studio in Sydney! I love coming here. Val always pushes me and makes sure I am doing the correct exercise. I always feel amazing afterwards. I feel so much stronger after 3 weeks with her than I have after months in other studios.

Brand new pilates studio located right next to Rockdale Station. The trainers are very experienced, knowledgeable and welcoming. What I love the most about it is that this is not one of those studios that put 15-20 people in a room and give the the same exercises to everyone, Vida Pilate's classes are basically private and customised according to my needs. Not to mention that Val is a super kind and accomodating person and the sense of community there is fantastic!

This Pilates Studio is the best in Sydney. Small groups, experienced and caring teachers, the Studio is bright and clean. It's very good! I'm having great results with few sessions! Super Recomendo!

I’m new to pilates and Vida Pilates is the best place to start! Priscilla has been great in showing me the ropes, and good to have a private sessions initially to practice breathing while doing the workouts! I see myself enjoying it (i’m someone who hates being active) so thank you!
