Pigeons have been nesting at front entrance for months. Their poo creates a poor impression and may be unhealthy. I know it is not part of supermarket, but as main tenant, you need to take it up with shopping centre management (Taplins?).Parking access and layout is not ideal either, although improved since the concrete islands were removed.Supermarket itself is fine, although it does not have the range available in your larger stores.

The staff were very kind, lending me their helpful advice on the perfect products to buy. Walking into the shop I didn’t feel threatened but calm and relaxed in the environment hence I recommend this supermarket.

As a customer who weighs over 200 kg, I was fat-shamed by a member of your staff when I was purchasing 8 packs of mince and 16 bags of hamburger buns.The cashier made several comments about my weight and the amount of food I was buying, implying that I was overeating and contributing to my own obesity. These remarks were hurtful and humiliating, and they left me feeling ashamed and embarrassed.As a customer who deserves respect and dignity, I am deeply disappointed that your staff would make such inappropriate comments. It is unacceptable to judge or shame customers based on their appearance, and it is particularly hurtful for people who struggle with weight issues or body image concerns.I would like to request that your company take steps to prevent future incidents of fat-shaming and to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness. Nice smaller store. Carpark isn't great, but given the size of the centre, it was not unexpected.

Good price and variety. I really like this place and highly recommend it. Prices are competitive! As someone who shops online mostly, a shop has to offer something I can’t get online and this place does. It has stuff you otherwise might not find with good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful.
