Came back after nearly 2.5 years, booked for 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment for 1993 Ford Laser KH, only 2 wheels adjustment. Got 2 wheels and alignment done was charged 4 wheels adjustment. When questioned told I had a good old car. Rang ford spoke to mechanic who said no adjustments for rear wheels on my particular model. Checked the web, says the same. Called business to say I had been overcharged, offered to put car up on hoist next time and point out adjustments, if can't find any then will refund the over charged fee $30. Unfinished story.... Put up on hoist and showed rear wheel adjustments specific to this model. Unfortunately not common knowledge, therefore not done 2.5 years ago.We have not been over-charged, but are not entirely happy with the way the situation was handled.

Called John earlier in the day, by chance I drove past and Kevin and Pete jumped straight on a tyre rotation and balance... 12 mins. Yeah impressed. Great service. Cheers guys, Andy from NT.

Appalling. Stay away if you think that a place that has Service Centre" in their name should offer any customer service at all. When I asked them to repair an ATV tyre that had a slow leak

Kev and the team at Bridgestone Service Centre in Clare are world class. Helpful, courteous with a can do attitude. Managed to get me a tire in two days from Sydney with none available in the state. Above and beyond.

Excellent customer service, go above and beyond to help you, great tyre selection, good parking access with wheelchair accessible parking and wheel chair accessible entrances, highly recommend this tyre place to anyone as the staff are friendly and helpful and approachable

I booked for two new tyres. when I brought the car in, I said I thought the back wheels might be wearing badly so they could have a look. Guys at the store shrugged and said it might need a wheel alignment, I said do whatever he thinks. He called me ten minutes later saying the back wheels had wire coming out of them and that they needed to be replaced, that’s fine I understand that.I went in to pick it up and the guy didn’t come to talk to me about a wheel alignment or anything, just sent a young guy out to charge me.So I wasn’t really impressed.When I got home I realised I had three lock nuts left under my hand break, no one spoke to me about it before I drove away. Called them about it and was told they could find the key so they couldn’t put them on. I don’t know why one of them is on but not the other three, but I won’t be wasting my time to go back and ask.

Not happy, then ignored, now court. What a waste of time.
