It’s really disappointing to see how far this place has fallen from grace. Without needing to ask, you can tell that management has changed. Where the old owners had a passion for the business it’s now become a profit generator, with tv menus deactivated and replaced with plastic laminated notices, mood lights turned off and replaced with cheap LEDs, and half the staff really not wanting to be there. In all honesty I don’t even blame them, dealing with management that only works for profit sounds like hell.The coffee was burnt and in the smallest “large” takeaway cup i’ve ever seen, but would be passable if not for the fact that it was $8.70. Glimpses into the kitchen saw mess, and there was no lively chatter between the staff as the old business had. Please save your time and money and don’t support this business unless they see that a café like this should be more than an investment.

Uber driver went to this coffee shop for pickup delivery been here 2x times in the past week or month not one staff member served me after waiting for more than 10-15 mins both times I'd never go back + never recommend to another person to bother very unprofessional, it would make me never drink coffee if was the last place on earth

Had the eggs with Benedict with salmon and a large mocha, was ok not that good as it was before.Still a big choice in the cabinet .No nice daily quote with the coffee anymore

Easily the best Avo Smash I have had. I come back every week I am home. The food is fresh and well priced. The coffee is delicious.My favourite place for breakfast.

My husband and I came in today, Saturday the 1st and it was only 2pm, and staff were packing and wrapping all goods up which made us feel like we shouldn’t be there. If you close at 3pm, don’t pack up at 2pmDisgusted

Despite being later in the day, the service was good and my chai latte was presented beautifully and delicious.

This place is always busy especially on Saturdays. They serve great coffee. The prices reflect the quality but can be a bit expensive. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cakes and slices are amazing and it makes you really difficult to choose. I love the atmosphere and the decorations.

From the moment I walked through the door, it was clear that the level of service and quality I had expected was nowhere to be found. Regrettably, I can only give this coffee shop a one-star rating, as my visit left me feeling deeply dissatisfied.The first issue I encountered was the abysmal attitude of the person serving me. Their rudeness was palpable from the moment I approached the counter. I was met with dismissive glances and a complete lack of interest in assisting me. It is disheartening to be treated with such disrespect when all I wanted was a pleasant coffee shop experience.To make matters worse, the beverages I ordered were far from enjoyable. I decided to indulge in a chocolate milkshake, hoping for a rich, creamy treat. Instead, I received a concoction that resembled plain milk with a faint hint of chocolate. The taste was lackluster, and it left me questioning if any actual chocolate was involved in its creation.In addition to the disappointing milkshake, I also ordered an iced coffee that was supposed to have ice cream incorporated. Sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The supposed inclusion of ice cream was barely detectable, resulting in a rather lackluster beverage that failed to excite my taste buds. It was evident that attention to detail was sorely lacking in the preparation of these drinks.I firmly believe that a coffee shop should strive to provide a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for its customers, along with quality beverages. Sadly, Esprezzo failed to deliver on both fronts during my visit. The rude service and subpar drinks left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer.I sincerely hope that the management takes this review as an opportunity for improvement. A warm and friendly service, along with drinks that meet customers' expectations, are vital in fostering a positive experience. As it stands, I cannot recommend this coffee shop to anyone seeking a quality coffee or a welcoming atmosphere.

Sunday morning approx 8:30 am.Service was excellent, was fun watching the Barista dance along to the music.Coffees were superb, have been inconsistent in the past with takeaway.Order was expresso omelette and the pancakes with bacon and banana.Omelette was good, bit bland, toast was overcooked but it might just be how they do it here. Would order again.Pancakes were disappointing. Rubbery and crusty at the edge, probably a day too old to be served. Not heated all the way through.Bacon was delicious on both plates, cooked perfectly.Having hp sauce on hand is a nice touch.
