Looking forward to going back this Sunday

Been going for 20+ years. The pastoral team really care, they've been there for me and my family through some really tough times. They run an orphanage for kids in Indonesia through a charity they've set up. But still are available for the local community with the aid of meals and an ear to listen when you just need to talk.

Do the people that go to this church actually know the story behind everything that happened? If you do, it would be interesting to know why you attend. I just don’t see how you can support this when all the students, parents, staff and even the government were lied to. We were told this building was going to be of use for chapels and other school based events, yet they knew all along it was really for this church. The old principle being the decent human he is wanted to reveal the truth, yet he was fired and now all the school cares about is the church. Lying isn't very christian" huh?!Why do you think all the staff and half the students left right after all this happened? It’s a joke and cult like. I have so much respect for the old principle

Base church has a youth..This is a great place hence the 5stars.Its great for kids to use or build there social skills.. meet other kids there own age have fun.chat..hang out..plus..have some independence away from us boring nagging parents / caregivers ..lol..A secure controlled enviroment.(Double check what age it starts from as im un aware as my child is 12)(plus parents and caregivers get to see the excitement when picking them up.. plus deal with ..when is friday coming around all week to return again..lol..)My child loves going here to catch up with all and it gives him time away from his younger sibling and has hepled him meet some really awsome people..police clearances are vaild and children get allocated a team leader so you can refer to them too.All friendly and very polite young members of the community..a Friday night must for kids. A entry fee of 2 dollars..plus kids can buy with additional money a drink or snacks.

Sensational church. Contemporary music that is easy on the ears. Preaching that is practical and relevant. Very welcoming and how good is it to get decent coffee at church. Community minded and genuine. Highly recommend!
