Had hail damage to our pergola. They took down the old sheets, replaced one side and then realised the wrong size sheets had been ordered for the other side - took several days to fix. Including a no show for a day they were meant to come.We were also meant to get the gutters replaced. They ordered the wrong size gutter twice. Then got told it was atleast a week wait for the third order of guttering. 4 months later we still haven't heard from them. Assuming this job won't be completed and going elsewhere.Communication started off great and very professional which was one of the reasons we went with them even though they weren't the cheapest. Extremely disappointed.
