After asking for a pen which is not supplied , had to line up to get it then pen was practical thrown at you and told to return it or else , then I asked question he should get some people skills , dude as going to call security well I took my 300$ weekly lotto down to dude next to big and they supplied pens wow never go thier again

I’m absolutely disgusted at the service my elderly mum received from this establishment. She went in to check her lotto and was served by a man who took her ticked without speaking then the owner a lady took $50 from her pocket and tried to give it to my mum and they kept the winning ticket my mum said I just want to see what I won and they said you have won not much to her then she asked for ticket back twice she was getting angry and then they gave it back . I feel their service was applying leaving my mum very disappointed and upset

Not impressed with the service, i got a lotto ticket here, before she printed it i told her i had a lotterywest card to scan, she printed the ticket anyway and didnt even apologise. This happened at 1042am on 7th Feb.Improve your customer service please
