I needed to secure urgent temporary accommodation for a friend's vehicle restoration project and dealt with Chris in Perth with me in Brisbane the whole time. I could not fault the service, attention to detail and contractual obligations clearly explained up front. It turned out we needed to complete the contract mid month and was delighted to receive back the deposit AND a significant part of the rent paid in advance. Thank you Koala
