Never able to contact this office. New application done and no response. Almost two months. First thing they must understand why people send a new application for driver accreditation. Because they want to start to earn something under financial difficult situation. So, it is pointless taking months and months to issue a driver accreditation. very slow processing . Also never easy to contact this office via phone.

Worst organisation ever!They never process an application within the timeframe ,takes forever i have been waiting for my driver accreditation for nearly 2 months still no response. When i call them they just hang up on me not once but every day for the last 10 days. Govt should take action against this bustards who are not their job properly

I have been waiting for my accreditation for more than a month now. They never pickup the phone and as soon as I want to speak to someone they disconnect the call asking to try again. I have mailed them still no response. I don't know what is taking so long. I am frustrated and unable to make a living wage because cpvv isn't capable of doing there job. Even third world countries have better organisation than cpvv who process applications much faster than cpvv.

Partner has been waiting over a month for application to be processed, then there was an issue with the licence Adress not being updated. Took another week for him to receive the sticker for the address for his licence, he uploaded this and called to confirm it’s been updated only to be told that it will probably take another 20 days to look at, then another 10 days for a police check. This is unacceptable. The application should be at the front of the queue since he had been waiting this long already. The wait times for phone calls are almost an hour and most of the time, the call is ended after a long wait with a recorded message saying the delays are too long and to call back another time.

Not interest to do any thing customer is asking for. They always keep their time to them. Not have any interest help out. I have been waiting 1 month now. All documents been submited. But not processes my application yet. I call them sevaral times. But system rejecting to put through to consulton as well.

No matter how simple the ask, it’s never quick. Either the staff never understand the question, no matter how simple I make it, or their systems internally are so broken, they working with their hands tied behind their backs. It’s probably both. Writing a review today as I was on a call with them for 2hrs today until they cut me off. They can never answer the question, so I have to keep repeating myself. Terrible terrible customer service They have no complaints procedure. Absolutely disgusting .

HiThis is looked like it will take further 6 months to access my application. I am waiting from 22 march for my certificate. I uploaded the photo in 3 April and got reply back your document is successful submitted. If it was not correct then why you accepted one month ago. Now you people email me the document is not correct. If I upload the document today that’s meant you will take another one month.To be honest this is a very slow service I have ever seen. I explained to you people I am the only person to support my family then why you people not take it seriously. You have no good customer support who can tell the exact time frame for processing and not and head office where I can ask about the application. Only 2 lady’s on customer care who answered every time on phone with zero knowledge.

A remarkably terrible service. Very quick to take payment, and they suggest 20 working days for their service, yet we waited even longer than that and they hadn’t even assigned the file for anyone to look at. Then eventually open it and start another process which adds another 10 working days or so. It’s a joke and an ombudsman or similar needs to take this organisation to task. As mentioned elsewhere, people are applying here after already finishing their other studies, and need this to start making their income. Zero customer service (if the phone even gets answered) but they can’t give any useful feedback. If there was another option, I’d suggest people try that!
