My first ever visit to Hair & Co and Maria was my hairdresser here. I have nothing but positive things to say about her, WOW!!! She is incredible! Maria demonstrated exceptional customer service towards me from the start. She made my whole experience such a happy and positive one.Maria exudes positivity and happiness with a beautiful big smile on her face :)Maria was very respectful, warming, welcoming, professional, diligent, kind, nice, sincere, genuine, honest, she was very understanding, considerate, caring, empathetic, helpful and I only mentioned it once how I wanted my hair cut and she did it so efficiently and effectively to the tee.She is so talented and takes pride in her work and made me feel so beautiful and special.I can't thank her enough, she was so amazing and wonderful.I'm a very, very happy customer thanks to Maria. I'm so lucky she looked after me. Thank you so very much. I had such a positive experience here and look forward to coming back to Hair & Co on the regular as Maria works here.I would highly recommend anyone to go see Maria. She is an absolute godsend and truly amazing at her job. She is an incredible human being and Hair & Co are very very lucky to have her.

The staff have some major mood issues. The lady greeted us with attitude. My 11 year old had her hair cut in layers and I requested for a blow dry. The attitude she has given was totally unacceptable. I requested her not to cut the length short and she rolls her eyes at me and says when I asked for layers she’s giving me layers. I told her that all I asked was just don’t make her hair short and she repeated the same thing with anger again. So much attitude for no reason. Never coming back to this salon.

Today I went to this hairdresser for the first time recommended by a friend. Maria attended me.She did an excellent service with my hair.She made me the foils, cut my hair and combed my hair.I loved Maria!! I will come back to her again!!Thank you!❣️

Was expensive $95 for trim, root colour and treatment that’s not only they sell for me product as a treatment but very bad don’t buy it I paid $60 for it.

I had a very poor experience recently. The staff are not trained and completely damaged my hair. I had foils done and they just butchered my hair. When I complained they said the owner/ manager was not in at the time. Pure negligence. To top it off they asked if I could pay cash.Thinking of reporting them to the health care complaints commission and tax office. I will never go there again and have posted on my facebook page to warn people to stay away from this business

First time customer. Always hesitant when going to new places, especially hair dressers.At first, not greeted very kindly however once I sat down - Rashmi and another girl were comforting and able to recommend options for my hair. My hair is quite damaged and dull, from years of bleach. I received a half head of foil and roots - brown copper colour.Prices are okay.Good location and plenty of parking.

I have been coming here since changing hairdressers and each and every time it’s been an amazing experience. I adore every single one of their staff, and the boss. Maria especially today is so accomodating and sweet, thank you for your customer service!

Disgusting & Unprofessional, passing me around as a client between 2 stylist named Kim and another, moreover having me in the salon from 10:30am appointment till near 4pm, burnt my hair, trying to fix frying my natural curls 3 times, leaving with my earlier virgin hair truly damaged, mis coloured, breaking, botched straight lines from natural to blocks of bleached hair, and a sore head from the multiple products and 3 washes. No apology, nor being straightforward about simply being incompetent as a hairdresser, but blaming each other as colleagues. Wouldn’t return if my life depended on it, given trying to charge me $250+ for a wasted day & being neglected as a regular. There is no way on earth the hairstylists would be proud of the work they did on my hair.
