Highly recommend the team at Evado Thornbury.I have multiple injuries which resulted in plates, rods and screws in my face, neck and back and looking for a physio closer to home.I spoke with Beth, Beth is very friendly and recommend Tom.Tom, the legend is helping me get my fitnes and confidence back.

I never thought I would get up for 7.00am pilates class, but evado studies are worth every minute!! Classes are well planned, organised and instructors are fantastic, consistently observing your movements to ensure no injuries. If you want to feel and look great, come here

James has been my Physiotherapist for 3 years due to a lower chronic back injury that has affected me for several years. He helped me to improve my mobility with the mix of Pilates and exercises at home but the most important my selfsteem..

The whole team are welcoming and supportive. James' physio sessions and supervised clinical pilates got my body across the line for my first marathon, and the strength and regular pilates classes are keeping me fit and healthy.

Was recommended to James at Evado Studios by my wife who says he's amazing. I'm slightly sceptical because had so many injuries and been to osteos and many masseuses yet the problems I was having due to repetivness persisted.The first day I went to James I had a shocking right back pain- old injuries got worse. He asked me some questions and felt around the area gave it a massage (just right intensity!), prescribed some stretching exercises and next day pain totally gone. A session or so later he worked on my left side. Same thing next day pain gone. Fixed. Today we worked on left side of my neck (I know I'm Humpty Dumpty!). Already feel so much better! Greater rotation and pain dissipated.Going back to fix other problems I've had for years! Couldn't recommend James and the studio highly enough. Reception staff also so friendly too. Amazing

The team at evado provide a truly full fitness solution. I’ve used them to both rehab injuries as well as improve my general conditioning. James is great and I couldn’t recommend their service more highly.
