Eloise was awesome, very experienced snow boarder herself and willing to share lots of great tips as she helped us choose our first set of bindings. She took the time to show us several options at various price points and explain differences and benefits. Service went above and beyond the sale, would highly recommend.

We were booked for snow trip on 17/7. The service from Oz Extreme was amazing from booking the trip, hiring equipment such as snowboards, boots, helmets etc. as it was our first time going to the snow and didn’t know what to expect, they were very informative and gave great advice.Looking forward to going on another excursion with you guys, we will definitely be back.Williams Family

Andy is brilliant! He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a few issues with boots and bindings. Andy has always been able to fix the issues for me. Highly recommended!

The team down at Oz Extreme have been nothing but helpful to me. I keep coming in weekly to annoy them and they are always nothing but smiles, even when I keep them past opening ;). Last year I hired gear from them and it was such an easy and well priced process. They have seriously gone above and beyond for me in all things snow related and I couldn't be more grateful.Thanks guys keep up the awesome service <3

5 stars all the way. As the staff were great fitting us out with all the snow gear that we requested. They took their time to make sure we were happy with the rental gear that they were supplying us. Their prices were very reasonable and their friendly nature made it a very enjoyable experience in getting us sorted for the snow trip that we had booked through them. See you guys again next year for another one of your snow trips.

Best snow and ski shop ever! I have been visiting Oz Extreme for the last couple of years and they always go above and beyond. As a sit skier I have some atypical requests which require a bit of lateral thinking. Greatly appreciate their ability to problem solve and help me out. Awesome service and top notch equipment.

My friend and I recently went on a Mount Buller day tour That Oz Extreme Board store puts on. After the initial purchase of our tour due to family complications we needed to change the date of our tour. The staff were more than accommodating to our needs and quite happily rearranged our schedule.The day trip went of without a hitch and it was great being able to sleep on the bus on the way to and from Mount Buller.The Oz Extreme Board store is well equipped with a great range of gear to buy or hire.Highly recommend checking these passionate snow people.

Went into the shop today for a browse and left with a full kit as the discounts were too good to be true! Very welcoming staff and felt very looked after. Can tell that the owner loves what he does and just wants to help. 5 stars! Will definitely be booking my bus trips through these guys purely because they are a rad group!
