Poor workmanship and using the wrong grade of concrete caused the crack and chips to their work just one week after finishing the job. I tried to contact Jarred and asked to fix them, because our local council did not approve the work, but unfortunately, no response received. Very disappointed with this outcome. Extremely overpriced service with low quality result and worst of all not communicating and responding to issues.

Contacted Jarred to help with a pool groundwater drainage issue (too much groundwater, not enough drainage). Very quick to come around and assist. The team were onsite within a week to dig in below the pool level (2m) and create a channel for the water to flow to a discharge point. Not an easy job, but got it done in just over a day and left the place looking better than when they arrived. Solution seems to be working so far, no build up of groundwater. Highly recommended.

Due to heavy rain, I had a problem with flooding. Jarred managed to fit my job into a very busy week. He explained what had to be done to prevent any further flooding.The water tank and pump were removed and storm water pipes re-configured. Pipe work was connected to mains pressure water supply. The area had to be excavated by hand and Jarred had to wheel barrow the concrete to complete the job. Upon completion he cleaned up and replaced outdoor furniture. I was very impressed with Jarred’s professionalism and hard work. I would highly recommend Jarred.

Jarred and the team at Australian Plumbing and Drainage were so professional. It was a hassle free service, fixed all our drainage issues with a minimum inconvenience to our household life. On completion of their works you wouldn't have even known they were here. They even helped us re-landscape our garden. Above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

Couldn’t recommend Jarred and the team any higher. We have just had Jarred at our house for the past week installing a drainage retention system, from getting a quote to the end of the job, Jarred has made things super easy for us and did a great job. They were very hard working and were respectful of us and the house. Thanks heaps for doing such an awesome job!
