I enjoyed tremendously working with Jasmine on designing my home. My brief was complicated and evolved considerably during our time together. She is a talented architect and interior designer but most importantly she displayed a brilliantly collaborative approach to our work. She is a good listener and a great instructor and I feel I learnt a tremendous deal about architecture and interior design during our time together. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jasmine to any aspiring custom home owners. She is a delight to work with and I'm sure I will be a repeat client on my next project.

Our 1980’s home we bought in 2019 needed a major renovation as it was outdated and with no maintenance done over the 40 years was completely worn out. It needed new....bathroom, ensuite, laundry, kitchen, balcony, roofing, flooring, windows, doors, wardrobes, painting, plumbing/electrical upgrades and some structural fixes.We soon realised that this was going to be a very complex and difficult renovation project to try and manage ourselves so we contacted Jasmine Richardson at Ekah Studio as the web site indicated that in addition to her Architectural qualifications she also had project management and interior design qualifications. We met with Jas and she very quickly came up with a design solution and detailed project plan/framework that ticked all the boxes on what we wanted to achieve. Working closely with her builders she managed to transform our tired old house into a beautiful and very functional home that definitely now has that WOW factor.We had previously completed 2 large renovation projects in Sydney involving Architects however in comparison the scale and complexity of work for this project completed in a shorter time frame and on budget with such attention to quality and detail was just amazing and is a testament to her project management, interior design skills and her ability to be able to work with the builder on getting a high quality job done.Jas was very pleasant to work with and has a very positive attitude. Any building issues/ problems when they did come up during the renovation were resolved very quickly. She made the whole renovation process for us as clients enjoyable and stress free.I would highly recommend Jasmine Richardson to assist you in any interior design, renovation or building work you may be planning to do.
