Never ever again! If I had a choice I honestly wouldn't even given them one star. I was dealing with Telstra for many years as a normal consumer. The issues started when I changed my account to a business account. When I was sold the package I was told that it's a seamless transfer. This was so far from the truth. Firstly Telstra Business and Telstra Consumer don't have a clue what each one does. They stuffed everything up from incorrectly transferring mobiles, wrongfully debiting my bank account, handing me over to debt collectors etc. demanding money when they wrongfully created an account and didn't send me a statement. Even after I paid the bill, they sent me an email to say it's been paid in full. Then they came back to me to say that I owe $100 more. They have a manager named Jamie who has that much attitude it's not even funny. He was quite happy for me to cancel my contract with them. He is probably the very reason the staff can't get things right the first time. If I could cancel I definitely would. Just that my signage, brochures and stationary etc has the Telstra phone number. All Telstra wants is to collect money. Service is the last thing they seem to have on their priority list. I complied with everything that Telstra asked of me. Wish they could say the same. If you want the experience I had then by all means go with Telstra.

Hopeless.I was referred by Telstra customer service line to here for some business esim issues. They offered no help no advise and I can see they are very professional to superficially handle Telsta clients. All I get from them is the customer service phone number which I have called and been referred. What a joke. Don’t understand why Telstra is wasting money feeding such a useless facility. Shame on you.

The assistance was terrible and I am still waiting for a call from Friday to let me know they have processed my request. The customer service from the individual I dealt with was non existent and I felt that he didn't want to deal with my request and I couldn't even follow up my request as there is no direct number and the customer service person I dealt with didn't provide me with a card. Go to West Footscray instead as they processed my request extremely efficiently

I recently switched my mobile service over to Telstra after being with Optus for many years. I was really impressed with the level of customer service at Telstra Point Cook including finding the best plan for my business needs as well as taking care of the whole transition while I was out for a coffee meeting. The thing that was really a wow factor for me regarding the improved coverage I have now is that I could carry on a phone call over speaker phone while travelling through the Burnley Tunnel which previously would cut out from my previous service provider! Many thanks, Telstra Point Cook, I highly recommend you.

Would not recommend these people to my worst enemy, customer service I am sure they have never heard of those words. They have sold us an expensive LG Erickson phone system that honestly has never lived up to what is was supposed to do. Our old Telecom Commander system was gold compared to the peace of rubbish they stitched us up with. When we rang with regards to any issues we had with regarding the workings of the system all we got were rude people with no customer service. We have since moved our business to High Point and although they are busy they are extremely helpful.

My order was delayed for over 4 months. Their staff lied that the order had been placed when Telstra confirmed that the sales order had not been placed. 4 voicemail messages including 2 to the manager all went without a call back. At each contact I received assurance that the order was progressing however weeks later my order had not been placed with Telstra. I would have to follow up every few days they never kept me informed. They only took action when I escalated to the Ombudsman. The best option would be to can the real Telstra directly to place an order.

Absolutely shocking,incomprehensible it is 4 days and a simple call forward request still not complete leaving business without any phone service hence significant loss of revenue due to lack of bookings.In addition very minimal information provided,no explanation provided and only interested in playing the blame game.

This last week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Nathan from the Telsta Point Cook Business centre. I needed new tools and the right plan for my business that could allow me to work from anywhere. Nathan was very patient and took me through the pros and cons of different products and plan and found something within my budget. He then went on to port my number and set up both my new phone and Tablet pro so that I could leave the centre ready to continue with my business. Having locals serving locals is a huge benefit as they understand local challenges and are able to get things done, that the big service centres are not geared to do. Relationships and empathy with local business goes a long way and I highly recommend the team at Telstra Point Cook.

I have used a number of Telstra centres in the passed some where ok and some absolute appalling. I was referred by a colleague to try the Point Cook centre which would seemed ludicrous seeing our Business is in Docklands. However the service and attention I have received is nothing but outstanding. They return calls follow up, post out things if I'm requiring something urgent have been able to solve issues. Everyone ,I have had contact with have been so helpful , you do not feel like a number you feel like you are the best customer and the whole centre is about serving the customer.
