Gentle Nails

Multiple bad experiences! Rude staff that blame the anatomy of your hand for their poor work!The acrylic nails don’t last, and are of a bad quality.They staff cannot file well and don’t paint well either.

Something is really wrong with the quality of the products they use! Never had a shellac to last for only 1 day!

I usually don’t write reviews on google but now I’m going to make an exception. I work in the forum, and I have been going to them for a while. I usually go when Vicki is working. But I went there on Saturday the 18/05/2019 and had someone else do my nails. I have no complaints about the job done. But I must say the service I was given was atrocious.Very rude toward the end of the job (when I was paying in specific) I usually get charged $40 for sns as this is what they offer staff. But when I got charged in full. And when I asked about it, they all (4 of them) “no never no discount” and just shrugged me off.I won’t be going back there. That was pretty humiliating.I hope the owner sees these reviews, because somethings got to change.

Slow, didnt do the colour I wanted, rough service, too much time spent on their mobile phones n did not do a top coat when work was completed. Not going back there

Do not go here!! Terrible service, terrible quality. I'm not sure they know what is involved in a full manicure or pedicure? Shellac was very poorly done and peeled off within days. The staff working there were so rude, and very slow as they spent so much time on their mobile phones. One staff member had such long nails it was actually painful to have her paint my toenails. Do not go here!!!!!

Horrible experience!!!! poor customer service!!!!. I did my shellac there and 2 days later it peeled off completely. I went there to tell them what happened and they put me off saying they didn't care about it. They wanted me to pay again for their horrible services. Poor services!!!! rip off!!!! Go there at your own risk!!!!

Very poor customer service & much more expensive than other salons when you get a sub quality product.I have been getting my nails done for around 12 years now and never have I had nails break and fall off so soon! They didnt even last a week.They charged me $60 and I wanted Coffin Shape" however they were going to charge an additional $5 (Never seen this before!)I went back and kindly asked if they could fix the couple of broken nails I had... only to tell me they only had a 3 day warranty and I'd be charged for repair.Explained that I had been to them a few times now & their customer service was poor so I'd go elsewhere (try fashion nails

Was rude they spoke in there own language couldn't understand them and they didn't push my cuticles back so when I did I found I had so much more natural nails they could have put it on and it took 7 day and they started to lift and fall of

Poor , horrible customer service!!!!. I did my shellac there on saturday the 14-01-2018 , on the 15th sunday it was peeling off completely. I went there to tell them what happened on the 16-01-2018 monday and they put me off saying it was my fault . l literally felt bad for going 2 tell them as they basically blamed me for the peeling off needless to say its extremely bad service as they didn't even try to explain or hear what l had 2 say. Go at your own risk
