Mahi is simply amazing at threading, lash extensions and brow lamination. So professional and warm, love the results I get! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

$25 for a horrible threading service. They don’t ask if you want a tidy up, reshape etc they just do what is fastest. My usual place is $12 and I wish I never gave this place my business

Absolutely disgusted by the service here. I paid $145 in advance for eyebrow threading services, to be told they have lost my card (which they use to keep record of how many times I have used the package). I was told that I needed to pay, but I absolutely was not going to be doing that considering I had already paid $145 two months ago. While the girl who did my eyebrows did do a good job, I will not be coming back here. Stay away from here. They are scammers.

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done from here , my eye brows are shaped extremely weirdly , it was done by 2 different people and they are evidently shaped different. After they were done , they didn’t even pass cotton or tissues to wipe my face. And no gel or spray was given resulting in breakout of redness on my eyebrows

I’ve been going to Brows Threading in Malvern for almost 5 years now. My eyebrows have never looked better! The service is amazing, prices are very reasonable and my eyebrows look perfect every time I leave. I have also gotten lash extensions here before and they are amazing, very affordable and they never leave my eyes hurting or in pain. 10/10 recommend

This is the only place I will ever go to get my eyebrows done. I have been going here for 6+ years and the girls now how to do my brows properly, if I go on the weekends I ask for Raha. I have dark thick brows and gone to many places in the area but this is the only place that know how to clean and shape my brows. Sometimes on special occasions I also get a lash lift and have been happy with the result.

Worst customer service by far. The staff are not welcoming at all, make no enquiries to understand what you as a customer want and take no care in their work. The girl threaded one of my eyebrows thinner than the other and the tried to cover it up with tint (which she left on for way too long). I definitely won’t be going back.

I’ve always had a positive experience. I also get lash tinting. For lash tint and perm, is good.I enquired about eyebrow feathering. They all recommended. So the woman applied non permanent to give me a view of how it would look. I believe that not everyone suits this sort of (semi permanent) styling. On me it looked ridiculous. I see so many young girls getting it done. They shouldn't. They may be better off with shaping and tinting. I feel they (the feathering stylist in particular ) is a little too focused on doing that rather than proposing the advice that it isn’t for everyone. Perhaps just to go for something that highlights one’s feature, not make it look like it’s been done, so obvious a fake look. Please think twice about looking too fake. Enhance not lesson your qualities. Less is more in many situations.

Too inconsistent and terrible customer service.I also read someone else had their package card lost by them which also happened to me a few months ago. They blamed me and made me prove my bank statement to show I was telling the truth.My brows today are average and when I was getting lash lift my eyes were burning. The girl I had today was just too careless whereas last time I was very happy with my brows and lashes. The inconsistency stresses me out so I’m not going back.

I used to go the this beauty Salon in Eastland for eyebrow threading, and they offered me a package for 5 sessions, I used it once and then whenever I went there they were closed, now I figure out that they have permanently closed in Eastland. It really shows they have poor costumer service!!!!Now I have 4 more session which I want to give back and have my money back !!
