The store made us wait 1hr and 30mins even though we were told 30 mins. Then a simple porting they stuffed up and it has been 1 month and we're still waiting because of an error within their system that's preventing it from being resolved. Spoke to 6 different people altogether and no one knows how to fix or what to do. We just keep getting passed on to other people. Honestly extremely poor in customer service and expertise. Only reason we went with you was for the reception because you lack everything else.

Worst Telstra! I went to reconnect my phone and there was this man with an eyebrow piercing not only did her not help me at all he was rude and arrogant ! I went to another Telstra and they fixed my issue within 5 minutes

Went in there today 10th March Telstra at Greensborough the worst service I’ve ever come across. Didn’t even give me a chance to make a appointment to update my phonePlan told me it is an hour and a half white and then went off and spoke to someone else not even a thank you or byeDisgusting serviceThanks Dave

Staff seemed disinterested in helping me resolve problem. Had service cut off and attempted to resolve the issue and was told to wait 48 hours. Yet somehow online it can be resolved sooner. If staff had attempted to help and couldn’t resolve the problem I could understand.Don’t waste your time. Go to the city store or another store.

I was told by an online telstra rep that I had to go into a store to complete my transaction. Went into this store, the bloke in there told me to come back the next day, because they were too busy (not too busy to tell me this). I'd suggest avoiding this store if possible. It seems they are in a bit of a state of disarray.

Attended Greensborough store this evening at 5 45 only to be told to come back tomorrow quite rudely. With over an hour of trading left unable to assist with broken phone under Telstra warranty.Very poor service, not the first time let down by store.

Recently had a connectivity issue between two Apple devices and although it took just on 2 hours to resolve the staff, led by Rowan, were all too happy to assist. All fixed with patience and care. Was very impressed.

Poor, poor, poor service - called 3 times about an issue. Could not get through - left messages - their answering messages says they will call you back, same day or next day. DID NOT RETURN MY CALL, at any time even though I left my number. I visited the store and was told no-one would attend to me because I didn't have an appointment. I didnt have an appointment because no-one rang me back and no-one in this store picks up the phone

Poorly trained staff that didn’t do transfer correctly after nearly and hour in the store and now have to go back. Will go to another store.
