PC HELP CREW
Complete scammers, spent 2 days on my computer, weren't able to fix my problem and offered to install Trend Micro pro instead total costing $199. They uninstalled my current antivirus (free version) while they thought I was not watching. They also only installed trend micro basic net security costing them $30 NOT PRO. On top of this they have given my trend serial number to someone else who is using it on their computer. Avoid this company, very dodgy. Also believe this company is operating under multiple online names.

A month ago, I was really excited to use the upgraded Windows 10. But unfortunately, a tech error with this OS spoiled my mood.
