Classy Nails

I got a GREAT spa pedi - excellent massage and the French polish on my toes was PERFECT! This is a rare thing - very happy with it.

Generally a great place to come! Great pedicures and 8/10 times the shaping of my nails and quality is what I like. Only had a poor experience twice when it was busy or they were having a very in-depth conversation with another staff member and it felt rushed. Would still highly recommend!

The most awful dishonest people I have ever encountered. They did the worst job on my 13-year-old daughter’s nails i have ever seen. When I came back to show them. They said they remember, and said they didn’t have the right colors. Spoke to each other and said actually, none of us did this work . The work was so shocking I could tell by the faces they knew that . Kept repeating loudly - no this is not our work, didn’t get it done here ! After acknowledging that they did seconds ago with excuses! , and then to turn around and say it’s not their work !? How can you blatantly lie to a persons face and change your story mid conversation?! It’s not fair.I had the receipt they acknowledged at first, then spoke in their language and said it’s not their receipt and they don’t do refunds. Disgusting dishonest people and business. Unfair

I have been about 6 times now and every time I go to Classy Nails (inside Smithfield Shopping Centre about in the middle) and I get the best pedicure, great massage and I do feel that its value for money as the massage is always longer than other places I have been to in Smithfield and my feet are really soft after and they do an amazing job. Staff are friendly too. I never book and just walk in and usually dont have to wait but I do believe you can book in as well. Highly recommended!

Clean, hygienic and friendly. The staff are wonderful, they are quick and do an amazing job.

Refused / no eftpos top dolllar prices no discount for cash only….. Backyard service unprofessional no colour range rude staff arrogant no conversation speak only to each other not in english, rough no manners male at desk rude … don’t recommend if you’re totally desperate and can’t get in anywhere else

After clearly asking if the nails were $50 more than 3 times and the lady confirming before choosing the colour, I even adding in usually shiny is $60 are you sure" she confirmed Infront of my friend. Upon paying all teamed up and said $60 although our conversation was loud enough for other workers to hear. This is the second time this has happened hence the *3 times asking for the price*DO NOT COME HERE I get my nails done regularly

Have visited Classy Nails inside Smithfield Shopping Centre on numerous ocassions mostly for a Pedicure & always found the staff polite & professional, my last visit on Monday 18/10/21. Appointments aren't always necessary. Last visit for a Pedicure cost AUD $40.00 & a excellent job without being rushed.
