Pilates by the Beach
I have been attending Deanne's classes for several years, 2 to 3 times a week. I absolutely enjoy each class as it keeps me fit and healthy at 72 yrs of age and the on line classes are very good. Deanne has a natural ability to explain movements n breathing and always concerned if you have health issues.

Pilates by the Beach
I had my first on-line Pilates session with Deanne this morning. It was so good to be back with Deanne and her inspiring moves at this time of home isolation. I highly recommend the experience for physical and mental well-being.

This class has it all - an excellent teacher whose classes are always different - Deanne is an amazing pilates instructor who gives individual instruction when required, and all of this in a beautiful setting at Wiley’s Baths, Coogee.
