Bakers Delight Wynyard

The bread they bake everyday are fresh and tasty, not to mention very healthy too. The staff who work there are hygienic and friendly. I really like that they would give you the nutrition information when you ask for it (because they're not printed on the package).

Staff are friendly but very low response towards uber rider delivery.. in the morning about 8am or more, got 2 orders asked by staff to wait and i have no idea wait for what while she doing another thing unpack the breads box outside the shop.. 10 minutes more i cancel both of my order and will think twice to accept any order in this shop..

Generally ok, breads and pizzas are really good, the scones, plain and date were the equivalent of rock cakes and and totally unedible.

The most incompetent staff. I’m a frequent customer. A few times a week, but the staff that do the afternoon shift are as useful as hip pockets on underpants. They never listen to your order so it’s always wrong. I may as well speak to them in a foreign language and get the lucky dip because that’s what you get now. Provided feedback on a number of occasions but they don’t care. Where else do you go for Bakers Delight at end of the City.Just disgusting.

It's ok. I got the High Fibre Lo Gl Lunch box roll 6 pack and the white knot roll. I wanted to get the white tiger roll but they don't make them :(

I rarely shop at this Baker's Delight, but I am going to change this and make this store my number one after the truly 'Delight'ful service that I received from girl named Lucy this afternoon. She was the only one working at the time, and despite the many customers at the store, I noticed how she was able to be attentive to everyone and cater for their needs. When getting my HIPROTEIN WHOLEGRAIN loaf she dug the way to the back of the rack to get one with sesame seeds and sliced it for me. My wife asked me to pick up some scones, and she showed me a variety, adding personal touches stating which her favourite and which the most popular were. And she kindly heated up my cheese and bacon roll whilst engaging in conversation with me. What I appreciated most was that she treated all of her cutomers in such a manner. It is so rare that such solid customer service is provided, especially in the younger generations. Yet I can assure that this young lady brightened my day and I'm sure many others.My bread that I purchased in itself was also delicious. Lucy informed me that the bakers arrive in store in the middle of the night and get to work, making the bread fresh everyday. And this effort is reflected in the bread. My HIPROTEIN WHOLEGRAIN loaf is always a staple, yet this store's loaf was unlike others, it was not dry and full of flavour. My scones were delicious also - the perfect treat with a cup of tea. And you can never go wrong with a cheese and bacon roll, especially when heated up truly delicious. This store has in fact prompted me to leave my first review because of the truly 'Delight'ful impression that it left upon me. Be sure to check them out !!!
