We were recommended to try Bains by a trusted friend and we are so glad we took their advice! We had some broken tiles in our shower and he replaced them with minimal fuss, for a VERY reasonable price. He was on time, polite, and even went out of his way to make sure we got some photos to send to our builder where past work hadn’t been completed correctly (which we wouldn’t have picked up ourselves). He left everything clean and tidy and was a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 recommend!

Bains Renovations was recommended to me so I contacted them for a quote to totally renovate my bathroom, laundry, toilet and part of the kitchen, quite a mammoth task. I accepted what I thought was a very reasonable quote with an acceptable time-frame of 3-4 weeks. The workmanship of the cabinet-maker was second to none, the tiler, who I believed had the hardest job of all, was outstanding! I had stone benches put on the bathroom vanity, in the laundry and the kitchen which were beautiful and of a first-class quality.Bains has a good, strong work ethic, was extremely obliging, nothing was too much trouble and he also offered some good advice where needed. I was very happy too, with his 4-stage payment plan which indicated to me that he was confident in his workmanship and what I expected from him. I would definitely recommend him and his team, without reservation, for any renovations needing to be done.

Price was reasonable and i was able to to supply my preferred materials. Bains and staff were on time, polite, and Baines went out of his way to make sure everything that was requested was clarified or completed. Bains provided excellent service for two of my bathroom renovations. His prices are very reasonable and he is very responsive when contacted. He and his team expertly strip old bathroom tiles and prepare surfaces, including waterproofing to ensure the bathroom renovation will stand the test of time. I was very happy with his work and would not hesitate to recommend his services again. In fact whenever I look at real estate online, I think of Bains because so many houses and units for sale require a bathroom update.
