Very pleased with the job. Had a quote from the dealer which was way too dear. I went with Express Cleveland and opted for the Endurance Package. I was then able to get my floor mats, dash mat, front seat covers, boot mat from another source and still had money left over.I am pretty anal about my new Suzuki Swift and I rang them a couple of times unsure about what products to use going forward. They remembered me each time and were happy to help answer any questions I had.Well worth spending the money having this done. Besides your house a new car is the next most expensive thing.

In response to your reply, yes I am 100% certain. I have the email to prove this and call records if you want them?It speaks volumes that you try to invalidate my review with suggestions that I made a mistake. I am glad i couldn't do business with you if this is how you handle things.----I called to book an appointment after receiving a quote. Andrew seemed uninterested in my call and said he'd call me back. He didn't so I replied to his email quote saying please book me in. I didnt hear back. Called to check the booking. Rude again. Hung up on me after saying he would check the bookings. Called back and he hung up again. Useless.

Terrible customer service. Went to drop off car at pre-arranged time only to be told they wouldn’t be able to do it within the agreed timeframe (of 5 hours and we had allowed 7 hours) because they had “too many other cars booked in.” No phone call beforehand to tell us about this. Zero respect for people’s time - don’t bother with this place.

Arrived on time and installer gave awesome service and even a few reccomendations for changes in tint which we did and so glad he gave us more options.
