Everyone was very friendly yet still business like. My tax took no time at all to do (from only 1 appointment) and my refund arrived shortly afterwards. No run around or huge bills as I encountered with my previous accountant of nearly 40 years. Very happy with Wendy and her team.

I usually have my annual tax completed by one of Wendy's accountants but this year when making an appointment my vaccine status was questioned, as it is private and nothing to do with tax I declined to answer. I was told only a phone consult was therefore available. As both vaccinated and unvacinated can carry and spread COVID equally I found this discriminatory. I am very disappointed about their ignorance and have taken my business elsewhere.
