An absolutely fantastic shop with wonderful employees. Catherine answered our online inquiry within a day and had wonderful vision for our wedding flowers with only a few inspiration photos. Any communication was smooth and professional. We ordered a garland to go on a ceremony backdrop to match our bouquets and it was beyond beautiful.We could not have asked for a better florist.

My flowers were outstanding!When I went and picked up my wedding flowers they were a little different to what I had imagined. Probably due to my never ending emails and change of mind!They were so patient with me and when I mentioned this within seconds I had some lovely staff come out talking with me, work with me and change them to exactly what I was after. They wouldn’t let me leave untill I was happy and I walked down the aisle with the most amazing bouquet possible. My daughters flowers crowns were the most beautiful crowns and I had nothing but compliments all day and night!Thank you guys for creating exactly magic!

I have purchased flowers from here a few times now and absolutely love them. The receivers of the flowers I purchased also loved them. Whether I’ve popped in and grabbed an already made bouquet or had one made with my selection of flowers the girls have always been so helpful and friendly. They’re also not over priced like so many florists these days. Their flowers are absolutely stunning.

I have always loved the Willow Branch and when we were organising our wedding, it was no question who we were going to go to for our flowers! Our flowers were absolutely stunning! I couldn't have asked for flowers which were more perfect. The Willow Branch was so kind to deal with during the process and very reasonably priced! I highly recommend using the Willow Branch for any big event or even just for your everyday flower addition!
