We decided to have carpet installed throughout our house and decided to choose Bennets Carpets after visiting about a dozen carpet places in and around Brisbane. Bennets Carpets were very professional. Daniel the installer did our install and was very professional, polite and didn't cut any corners - I can't speak highly enough of Daniel. We had a minor hiccup but was sorted once I spoke to Stephanie (from Admin) and Mark (one of the owners) - which is a testament to the company genuinely looking after their customers (our salesman Daniel wasn't available at the time, hence the reason for calling the office. I would like to acknowledge Daniel (our installer), Daniel Treloar (our salesman), Stephanie and Mark for their professionalism and helping us with a great outcome. Not only is their initial service great, but it's the aftersales service which sets this great company apart from their competition. In all genuineness I have have no regrets in choosing Bennets Carpets and likewise, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who are after a flooring solution with service to match.
