Got Gavin to replace my boat trailer axel, springs, mud guards and wheels. He is a very knowledgeable guy and did an excellent job at a great price. Would have given more than 5 stars if possible!

The owner of this store is incredibly belittling and very rude. Also quoted me over $600 to replace two bushes. Said he wouldn’t do it for days, even though he had said for me to come there at 7am that morning implying they would be able to replace the bushes. Then said in a very rude tone “I said I’d have a look”.Walked around my whole trailer and said only terrible and unnecessary things about my camper trailer. I genuinely don’t understand how this business is still running.

Lacking customer service, not friendly or helpful at all. Parts prices were double that of a store nearby. Would not recommend.

Chris is a true tradesman and repaired my jockey wheel clamp promptly. His service was supportive and his workmanship outstanding. Don’t bother going anywhere else !

I called this shop asking for some advice on electric brakes for our camper trailer as we’re going away for Easter. I brought it down to explain what was wrong with it and he managed to fit it in for repairs at very short notice. He called me after diagnosing the brake and axle issues we inherited from the previous owner and provided great advice on what we should do to rectify the problems even suggesting ways we could save money as we didn’t need to go overboard. Overall I’m pretty stoked with how down to earth and honest this guy was. It’s nice to know there’s still genuine people out there. We’ll be back. Cheers, Rik.

Had a broken jockey wheel and called Queensland Trailer Spares and was told to bring it straight around. Was repaired within two hours and could not be happier. Received excellent service and information. Will be back to get my trailer serviced and would highly recommend this business.

This shop is not your average get it done and get paid sort of business, Gavin’s care for your trailer is like it is his own and will make sure you/fam will be safe and quickly back on the road. We bought a duel axel boat/trailer to take 10 hrs up the coast and after loosing a wheel/uncovering a can of worms 1 hr up the road, Gavin waited 2 hours after closing time (on his birthday btw) for us to finally get our wounded trailer to his shop. He asked if we had a place to stay as it was 7pm and offered to stay at the lower level of his home, Margret he’s amazing wife even gave us a roast dinner!! By 10am the next morning we had basically a new trailer underneath the chassis and the cost is fair as it gets.. Genuine workmanship like this is rare these days and needs to be supported!
