Adina Apartment Hotel Coogee Sydney

I stayed here as a guest of the main guest. Rooms not very clean. Location was great, but that’s it.

Apartments itself could be nice. However. Everything is really dirty. We checked in at about 12.30 am and had to ask for new towels and bedlinen as we were unsure if they have been changed. Also carpet wasn’t vacuumed and kitchen was really dirty as well.Staff was super friendly but that’s the only thing.Definitely do not recommend going there especially not with a child!

Really friendly staff and welcoming reception and check in experience. The apartments are in fairly good condition although there are a few niggles here or there. Such as plumbing, ventilation and for example the kitchen accessories and appliances. Hygiene could be improved on but all up, it’s convenient and comfortable and very conveniently located opposite a woolies metro and the beach!

I really enjoyed my stay. I was wary after reading recent reviews, but my room was clean, bathroom/ shower was updated, bed was pretty comfortable. I thought the value for the price met expectations, especially given it’s really solid location. It’s a big complex with many rooms, so maybe some rooms are renovated and others aren’t. I’d recommend a friend to stay here

Good: Great location. Hotel parking straightforward. Staff were friendly. Room (2 bed apartment) was nice enough.Bad: The street noise: Apartment not well soundproofed, so expect to be woken up by the garbage truck emptying 20 bins across the road at 5 in the morning.Cleanliness: The attention to detail needs to be stepped up a notch. Multiple touchpoints dirty and tables obviously not wiped down, which makes a mockery of the 'Clean Touch' initiative advertised around the premises.

The room I stayed in was small. There was no room clock. Coffee was good.To my surprise, the house keeping lady entered into the room (with her own key) while I was inside the room getting ready

Wonderful front desk staff - attentive, accommodating, speak multiple languages. Clean, beautiful apartment, stocked with everything we needed, the bed is super comfortable. We like it so much that we’ve extended our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Great location to resturants and beach!Great adina indoor pool ,atmosphere.Rooms and the hotel surroundings, was always clean and lovely.Thanks to the reception staff for always willing to make our stay better.Mum and i will be returning for a 3rd time.Thanks again .Sandra and mumSandra r

Do not stay here if you value cleanliness! We had booked to stay for 2 nights to enjoy a relaxing break beside the sea. When we checked into the room I immediately noticed the stains on the couch and on a seat in the room. There was dust all around the skirting boards, and on the light shades. I went to get a glass to have a drink and could see that they had not been properly washed so I had to put them through the dishwasher. I unpacked my dirty clothes and went to use the washing machine to clean them. The dust all around the washing machine was unbelievable, and the machine did not work. Reception staff said they'd send someone to check on it, and the cleaner came in, looked at the machine and said, it's not working! Seriously! I went to the front desk and when I mentioned the state of the room, and the fact that I did not want to stay two nights, the receptionist offered to upgrade me to another room. When I was taken to inspect that room it was just as dirty. I should have left immediately however we were tired after our travelling. The staff we dealt with were very pleasant, however they obviously need to have someone with an eye for detail in charge of house-keeping.
