Tommy collected us from Ormeau back to Ipswich on behalf of RACQ when our camper had a problem. He was professional, prompt and courteous with a good sense of humour. Job well done.

I broke down in a remote area on Mt Glorious Rd Bastion was very polite and helpful and put my mind at ease as never in my many years of driving I never have had to have my car towed. He also made sure we were safely picked up.

Twice I've had to use Harvey's and both times were disappointing. The first time they lied to me about being able to tow a car and trailer at the same time and the second time was following a theft, they made it hard for me to recover my car in order to claim more storage fees.

Huge thanks to Anthony for saving the day and turning up as quick as he did. Great tow for the Subaru got it back home safe and very professionally.

When my car was found after being stolen, police directed it here so forensics could go over it. I kept in contact with Angela, the yard coordinator, and she was lovely. Always prompt with contact, and actually kept me better informed then the police as to what was happening. Very friendly and kind when I had to sit and wait 5 hours at the yard for the locksmith to redo my keys.

AVOID!!!They towed several of my friends' caravans and campers without any regard for their property. Caravan had windows smashed, they towed it without securing them. The camper was towed half open & they managed to bend the trailer & break the struts. Absolutely zero regard for people's personal belongings they they work hard for. This company has no decency or respect for people. Would give them zero if I could.

Would not recommend Harvey’s Towing.Ripped my son in law off hard.I can’t believe they would charge $600 for just being at the scene and to tow his vehicle 10mins away from where the accident was. After the car was at there yard over the weekend, Had another tow truck driver booked in to pick up the vehicle from their yard, to be told that he can’t have anyone else come and pick up his vehicle because they need to be inducted.Well Put the vehicle out on the road then if someone needs to come in and be inducted.And they charged almost half the price with the second pick up as with the original tow truck driver was going to charge for further distance.I can’t justify where they get there calculations from.Absolute rip offs.I hate giving bad reviews but I was so angry because of this.

Stranded on the Warrego, these guys did their best to get to us asap. Kept in phone contact all the time with updates. Friendly and prompt. Great service

Don't use Harveys towing they towed a friends camper trailer on a flatbed tow truck from deebing creek and they bent the trailer frame and broke the poptop camper section and then spray painted her camper trailer for some reason.
