This is a genuine postMy CEO called the the big storage businesses, no help & frustrating to deal with. I said ok I will try. Mako, was my first call. Tony asked one question. How much space do you need?, Although Mako had no space available on such short notice, Tony suggested other storage companies & he personally arranged for us to speak to someone with storage available. Within 24hrs we had storage secured. How rare is it that a business goes that 110% to help a customer they have never dealt with before. Tony you have to be one of the nicest people to deal with. Thank you so much for your help and excellent service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking storage .

Have had a storage unit with Mako for several years - pricing much better than the big guys, and the place is very clean and secure. Also always easy getting a parking spot out front to pick stuff up! Also great to be able to deal with the owner directly.
