Went there today with the intention of buying a fixed solar panel kit as I had researched it online prior, but, nah, the woman who tried to serve me failed, had zero idea what she was talking about, blabbering this and that, contradicting herself, fair enough if she's new but nit to acceptable.Their panels were stored up high so any customer could not view the product. Pretty silly having big heavy items stored up high me thanks....walked out and spent $350 elsewhere

Amazing staff! I thought I had bought the right item to replace in my electrical setup. I couldn't get it to work. One of the employees went out of his way to help me find the faulty part in the system and then also helped me replace it. He wouldn't charge me for anything but a tiny part even though he helped me find the problem and replace the faulty part. Thanks so much! Excellent service!

The 2 staff on today around 12-2pm absolutely not retail/customers service oriented. Do not pay attention to customers, prioritise stock & walk away from customers walking to them or at the people at the counter left waiting! Overall not helpful at all...I will never come in if those 2 are working. I will go to the darwin store or wait until during the week for the real staff!To the other staff you guys are awesome & are usually on the ball with us customers. So this is not reflective of you guys. :)
