We recently purchased a property through Advantas and Saskia was wonderful and informative. We were purchasing from interstate and were unable to make the trip over due to border closures, but she made sure we didn't miss a thing. We were informed all of the way through. She put us in contact with a settlement agent that she had a relationship with and anything else we asked of her.We also decided to rent our property out through Advantas and once again, Saskia went above and beyond. At one point even mentioning she would swing by Bunnings to grab a new light bulb that needed replacing in one of the bedrooms (that I was fully aware of because of the video calls she had placed to me).
