I had a great experience ordering from Kitchen Style. I ordered online for a local pick up from their office and had absolutely no issues. Thanks for a super fast order and pick up which was ready at 9am the following day.

Order took 2 days to sydney (both times). First time the glass bit was cracked, I sent them a picture and they shipped me the replacement glass the same day. Great customer service.

I didn't receive my delivery. I emailed them 3 times during late Nov and early Dec. Didn't get a response. I even called them and left a voicemail. still no response. i'll be forced to now do a chargeback on the credit card. To say their customer service is poor is an overstatement. They don't even have any.

Ordered an expensive Swiss diamond sauté pan and received an email saying my order had been shipped. According to their website if ordered prior to 9am then Melbourne metro delivery is the next business day. 4 days later I still haven’t received my order. I rang to enquire and spoke to a gentleman who was very rude and asked me to send them an email. In the end I received my delivery on the 4th day however after the customer service I received Received on the phone I will be buying my Swiss diamond products elsewhere

I am very impressed with the customer service at this shop. Lovely ladies who were very helpful to find the right item for me and gave me a nice little discount which was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. Support your local businesses. I will be definitely supporting this one. I purchased a bread storage bin and now my kitchen bench looks so much better.

Communication is poor, non-existent unless customer initiated. I had 2 issues and had to keep contacting via phone and email to get them resolved. They sold me an unavailable item even though they knew they could not get the item and didn't know when it would be restocked but posted the other items without any contact about the unavailable item. A week later that item is still on their website for sale!

I have had a terrible experience with this company.I was sent the wrong item and then when I emailed to let them know, one month later they have still not replied.I have called multiple times with no answer, and when I finally did speak to someone I was assured I would receive a reply within 24hours and I am still waiting a week later. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend them at all.

Beware of the business ethics with this company.Pay through paypal ONLYI am still out of pocket travel to collect and them not be there as well as postage to return to them as they aren't actually at store and they wouldn't collect or pay for return or allow drop off.Poor communication.Wrong items delivered twice.Then the final was damaged goods.They stopped communicating once a refund was requested.If i could give zero stars, I would!Lucky I paid through paypal as I could start a dispute.After stuffing me around for 6 weeks and failing to show up for collection of the items as we are local. Wasting my time with zero communication.I gave my number numerous times.I can now see why they don't give a mobile number as these reviews are showing how poor customers are treated and by the looks its also poor quality' damaged or seconds products.They now want me to out of pocket post the items back with tracking due to thier poor service, communcation and product.DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE THE ODDS OF GETTING RIPPED OFF in more ways than just money lost.

Suggestion: Read reviews at ... productreviewcom.au. You will get a more accurate idea of what to expect from this company. Ordered item online and received email to say out of stock. Credit card charged immediately ...no delivery! ‘ You will receive an email to advise when delivery will take place’ .... No email received ! Left phone messages to enquire .... no return calls. Finally spoke to someone and requested tocancel the order. ‘No problem, will process refund immediately’. ...... No refund .... Spoke to someoneagain .... ‘Yes, refund has been done, it takes several days to show’ ..... No refund.FINALLY after 45 days we contacted MasterCard and they effected a ‘charge reversal’.If I could give a minus star rating it would be very useful. BUYER BEWARE ...
