Now I know why this place hardly have any customer, their fuel price is sky high and the quality of their fuel is the worst and their customer service is even worse, try to avoid this place, the owner of this place should get a fine or something because he's not a honest person, he definitely adds something to the petrol.And the rewards card from bp never works here, everytime I scan my card I never get any points and when you ask their staff they just behave like an ignorant.I put 98 octane petrol and it seems like it's worse than other place's e10Save your money and your car's engine and avoid this place big time

These people do not feel any responsibility for anything. They think just about the money grabbing.They provide very poor service and if you complain, they bark at you.

They had a faulty air pump today, so had to call NRMA Road Assistance to fix the tyre to drive back home. Counter ladies refused to give the Manager's name to lodge a complain. On call the Manager was rude, impolite and blamed me for my situation. He refused to take responsibility for the faulty air pump. There is better customer service offered by 7/11 petrol station opposite QHH school. They sure lost a customer.

I filled up the Unleaded premium and hoping to get the BP reward as tagged on the pump. Unfortunately the lady behind the counter has something else in mind.I did scanned my BP reward card and was waiting for the next prompt on the screen and she said just tap my bank card but I asked her where is my reward she just said Sorry!..Unreal!

Picking up DHL package from this servo as they are DHL partner. The guy who was working on Sat 13thMarch, around 12 pm make it complicated for me to get the package. It s really not a big deal, the package has my name on it and it matches my id. This was not the first time this happened.
