We have used quite a few conveyancing lawyers over the years and there were good ones and so-so ones. What I would like to say is that KJB's service is the best, bar none. Karen was our conveyancer and she has explainined the contract in fine details and made sure we understand every potential issues with the purchase. She's also very very detailed in her comms with us and has always been keeping us in the loop in the process.I am not entirely sure if this matters but KJB's convenient location (across the road from Westfield Woden) makes attending the appointment so much easier :)We couldn't recommend KJB and Karen enough and I am pretty sure you won't be disappointed either!
