What can I say about James and the BuildUp team. From the 1st time we met James after meeting with multiple other builders, we were standing in front of our house, in tears after going through what can only be described as an excruciating process with the design and DA process already, we felt an immediate sense of trust and reassurance that this was the team we could trust to bring our vision to life.James and the BuildUp team swung into action from a completely new design, and DA submitted, to providing a clear and transparent costing structure and work breakdown so we knew exactly what was happening at each stage of the build. We knew we were in the best hands.The Build Up team has such a high standard for workmanship which translated on site with the boys who were on site everyday, who consistently worked to bring our project out of the ground with such a high level of quality.James really co-designed this home with us, he is in here too as is the BU team. James listened, he consulted, he kept us informed, and to say that a house build goes smoothly isn't common - but with him and the team... it really did. Nothing was even too hard or too much, and I know they built something that not only are we proud of, but they are proud of (as they should be).We would never recommend another builder after working with this team, as they truly are the best at what they do - and they are even better people to work with.We are grateful that they became friends out of this whole process, and we couldn't thank them enough for what they have created for us.

James was our builder from Buildup who completed 4 dwellings in a staged development in Caringbah South. During this process James always made himself available to discuss any concerns along the way and was happy to find a solution with any issues that were presented.I found James and his team easy to work with, the project was completed to a high standard and completed in realistic time frame. We are extremely happy with the renovation that James and his team recently completed.During the process, we required some extensive modifications to our back deck and some other work and James and the team were able to not only accommodate the changes to the original plans but provide helpful advice and recommendations.The team was punctual and courteous and completed all that was required.
