Glamorous Nails & Spa

I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. I have been going with my mum to get a pedicure every couple of months. We were really looking forward to getting our pedicure done today and have left extremely unhappy and disappointed.There has been a change in ownership and the new staff there have no hygiene standards, we had our feet sitting in dirty water where you could see skin from the previous customers. They rushed between us and other customers that were getting manicures.It felt like they just wanted to get their money with as little effort as possible. We expressed how unhappy we were, got charged $90 for getting our feet wet and our nails clipped. We will not be going back here again, and definitely will not recommend.

The service was pretty poor.We were told to leave our number as there was a bit of a wait but an hour later when we returned to check how much longer the wait was, we had been crossed off the list.They fit us in then, which was fine, but then I ended up with a poorly done set of acrylics which had been infilled over a set of gel nails that I wanted removed. Despite them not taking off the gel and infilling over the top instead, I was charged quite a bit of money (more than it costs to get a full set of acrylics brand new). I had to file them afterwards as they were quite thick and the paint from my previous set was still showing in some places.Overall, the outcome and the service are definitely not worth the wait or the price.

RUDEST staff I have ever come across, very hostile, blunt, rude and did not feel welcome at all. The owner very clearly is uninterested in customers and I would avoid. I came here once years ago and it was the same experience so seems not to have changed. It should not cost $5 extra to use different colours and they could at the least- SMILE EVEN ONCE. Don't waste your money they do not deserve it. Felt very disappointed with the whole experience

Traumatising! If I could rate less than 0 I would.I came in for a full set of SNS. From the start the woman doing my nails (the owner) was rude, aggressive, and incompetent. I tried many times to ask her to fix things and she refused said i know my job and left my nails in middle and ask other staff to complete the job..This is the worst experience i have ever had..!! I'll not recommend to anyone..!! I am regretting now why I didn’t read the reviews first..!!

They saved my nails. I have very thin nails. Barely 4 layers. I struggle to have normal nails as they tear in sheets. They saw me with about 2 layers left. I couldnt even dress as they would tear like paper and rip up the nail. They were SO gentle. They made sure each one was tidy and filed before putting on acrylics.I know it’s just nails but I’m not in pain any more. I can go in the shower without them throbbing in agony. I’m no longer afraid to so my hair.Seriously thankyou.Thankyou for understanding what had happened to me. And being so caring that I was in so much pain.Its so much better after I saw you.hugs

Arrived for a pedicure. Sat and waited 25 minutes before the service started. During my Pedi, multiple workers were filling in. People who arrived after me were prioritised .Longest I have ever sat in a salon.. a customer came in and asked if they were opening earlier due to the other shops in the mall, to which they responded no and then proceeded to talk about the woman in langauage and laughed. So unprofessional and rude. I will NEVER attend this salon again and I will be sharing this with my many friends and family. Paid alot of money to be rushed because they didn't want to lose money.

Really disappointing, and rude!!!Staff just want you in and out to have a turn over of customers.I didn’t like the nails originally only the tips had been applied so I asked to please change them.The lady got very agitated, and I felt so uncomfortable.They told me I’m wasting their time and money! also that they don’t have time for this because other people are waiting! I couldn’t believe it.It only took 5 mins to take them offI’m literally a paying customer you are suppose to make time for your clients in bookings.Proceeded to rip my hands around and rush.Nails ended up coming out absolutely terrible,Then charged me extra $$$$ because I changed them.Never again. So rude

I had the best experience I have ever had in a nail salon before. Staff were lovely and welcoming. I normally can't handle my feet and nail cuticles being done but I had such a lovely gentle lady. My experience was complete luxury. From the staff, to my treatment, and the massage chair was incredibly coupled with my amazing technician. 5 stars. This place is amazing and I will be back.

I got the worst services of my life. They cost me more than my regular nail parlour for the services that were not at all worth. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. The lady serving me was too arrogant and keep talking to other staff in different language. I wasted $185 of mine and went to my regular nail and spa just two days later for another manicure and pedicure session and of course spend money again for the same services. Please save your money.

Terrible. Nails lasted 1 day. Came back for them to fix. Tried charging me $10. Came back 1 week later to have all the remaining chipped shellac and they did it and charged me $18. Price gougers and rude.
