My wife loves the makeup kit products from Crown brush. Bought a beautiful makeup set for my wife on her birthday, the shipping was quick and the customer service was top class!

Amazing customer service and the quality of the makeup palette and brushes are excellent, just perfect for what I was looking for. Tania and Susan were very friendly and helped me to choose the right makeup palette for my skin. Highly recommended if you are looking for a makeup supplier who actually care for their customers!

I ordered a student kit from Crown Beauty and I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the items I received. I absolutely loved the highlight palette - super pigmented. The brushes and eyeshadows were okay although some of the eyeshadow shades were not very pigmented so I wasn’t happy overall about the eyeshadow palette because of this. The foundation did not provide any coverage for me and was very sheer on the skin. When I opened my packaging for the foundations, there was also discolouration in the bottles. The lip and camouflage palette wasn’t good quality in my opinion either. The camouflage didn’t do much in the way of camouflaging. I hope these issues can be fixed! :)

Awful! my wife had a bad experience shopping makeup kit from Crownbrush, she ordered the package online on 2nd Feb, today is 15th Feb and hasn't received it yet, though the AUS Post sent them a notification about delivery address issue, they didn't inform me about this problem and when she talked to them about this issue they didn't accept the responsibility about it. Very bad customer service! I will never buy anything else from Crownbrush and don't suggest to others.

Love this place, excellent quality makeup & sfx supplies at a very reasonable price, especially during a sale, i wish they had more 'new' products more often, but only because i feel like i own them all...staff can sometimes be a bit snobby, but i can ignore that

Recently I bought the smokey makeup sets for my niece and all I can say... my niece absolutely loves it! The team at Crown brush also offer a fantastic customer service when I called them regarding my order. Quality makeup products at great prices with fantastic local customer service!

unfortunately I can't give 0/5where do I begin? the low quality made brushes? my eyeshadow pallet broken? the poor customer service I had?brushes are too pricy for what they are...and they shed too much. When I have to pick out bristles on my clients face that's not a good sign.I use better brushes from Wish.eyeshadow pallet broke within a week of it arriving...Morphe didn't do thatwhen I called to order the lady on the phone charged me $10 because I hadn't bought it before a certain date and when I asked the people in my class no one was charged extra and some bought it the same night as me....and then I tried calling and the lady was not going to budge on giving me $10 backhahaha...WTFThanks Crown

What can I say about Crown?! They've been soooo amazing from when I first purchased Student Kits for my makeup course until now! Their customer service has just been spectacular, their online chat with Chris has been amazing with all my questions/ queries answered.Even delivery for me in end of January/ February has been so fast! Faster than deliveries I receive from places in Sydney, and Crown is in another state! I received my order within 3 business days and was so excited because I started my makeup course soon. Not only that but the packaging was beautiful and they placed everything nicely inside the Dallas trolley for me too!Even when I found a slight problem, I contacted them and the lovely Susan had resolved it extremely promptly and well within an hour and I am just so impressed and a happy customer! :-)Thanks so much guys!! Customer service has been 100/10 for sure! Will shop again in the future!
