We were served by the 'bird catching Ninja', and he really knew the birds he sold intimately. He also gave great advice on what we would need in the future. Instead of pushing for the sale, he just gave genuine, well considered advice. So of course, we will be back

Good experience, nice and friendly staff, reasonable prices. I went in the school holidays and they had 2 very young people at workwith with the owner. I asked the young girl if my dogs harness was the right fit and she said yes it looks ok, but after a 10 minute walk the dog got out of it twice so it was definitely too big. I should have looked better and should have possibly asked the owner. Nothing wrong with the young girl she was very friendly and polite, just maybe didn't have nough knowledge yet to advise on these things just yet. So a learning opportunity for the both of us I would say. But great pet shop and the kids will love the bird Rowdy" who greets customers as they walk in."
