I had my hair done today (cut and blow dry) and it was a fabulous experience. Laura is a ball of fun and so so sweet! Can't wait to go back.

After multiple in-store phone calls unanswered, many rejected appointments through their online booking system and texts with no replies, I've had to book elsewhere for a simple haircut. This service is quite poor and unprofessional considering I attempted booking for weeks in advance and called 5+ times over the range of 4 days. Laura and Molly are great hairdressers so this lack of hospitality towards a customer in who has been here a few times, is surprising and disappointing.

Absolutely love Studio Benicky! Love Laura & Molly and the love they bring to doing the best hair! What a fun and loving place to get pampered and walk out feeling glamourous and cared for. Absolutely adore these girls, they provide such an accomodating, fun and comfortable experience! They give so much, offering wine, Champaign, beer, tea, coffee, cookies, lollies, you name it! Their prices are so good for the quality they give5 star all the way! Definitely the best on the northern beaches!

I walked past this salon and was blown out by the beautiful interior. I thought “these girls have taste! They must do my hair!”. I made an appointment and was NOT disappointed!Laura was so sweet and enthusiastic and my hair looked fabulous by the end. My blond colour is exactly what I wanted and the salon felt so homely with friends dropping by for a chat. The cherry on the cake: the price was a pleasant surprise.Amazing hairdresser. I will 100% be back.

Disappointing as I loved the staff and environment at Studio Benicky. I booked a full head of foils and blowdry valued at $280, 2 months in advance. The staff only did a 1/2 head of foils and blowdry, valued at $220 . My suspicions raised when paying as they charged me $60 less than what I was expecting. I was not happy after my appointment, as my ends ended up much darker than my roots. I went back the next day and the staff kindly realised it was their mistake as my booking confirmation clearly stated a full head of foils. I understood it was an honest mistake based on my previous experiences with the business. They booked me in for the other half" head of foils and blowdry

The girls at Studio Benicky are so lovely and create such an awesome vibe in the salon. Super happy with their service ✨
