Helpful and friendly from my experience.

Honestly useless pharmacy. Messed up my medications regularly. And this week I picked up one and questioned the staff member about it being a different brand. She said “it’s replacing the other one so you have to get this one. It’s the same”.I mentioned that due my conditionI can’t take another brand of it.I got home. Realised there’s a sticky note saying to ask if i’m interested in changing brands as it’s cheaper.So they gave me the wrong one when they shouldn’t have. 2 days later I’m very sick from the medication and they refused to refund me for the $68 medication and said I would have to purchase the brand I need for $86. Im disabled and can’t afford this so now i’m stuck with the wrong one and no medication. I’m hoping I don’t end up in hospital due to it as last time I had the wrong brand I was admitted.Appalling service and weren’t willing to help me. Sort your business out.

Rude and on a power trip. Have been refused medication i have been prescribed and taking for years because they don’t think I should be on it. Saw them deny a pensioner because he was too old to take his prescribed eye drops, poor bloke caught a taxi to get rejected his meds

Very disappointing and rude customer service. Would suggest going to another pharmacy where you feel more valued and respected.
