Great menu at affordable prices.

SENSATIONAL Fish and Chips!!! Tried this place for the first time 9 months ago. Been back every Friday night since, that's 37 Fridays in a row with excellent food every time. The chips especially have always been fresh and crispy. The fish is fresh with generous portions. Such a great find!It makes me wonder whether the bad reviews have been left on this site by mistake, confusing this shop with another one???

Incredible! Flawless fish and chips, they use REAL seafood, juicy prawns and calamari. It’s amazing. Potato cakes to die for. Every time we eat here is 10/10 not to mention lovely service and frequently getting complimentary drinks coz our orders are huge. Plus sneaky extra pieces of calamari or potato cakes! Hands down the best in the area and we’ve tried plenty around Montrose and Kilsyth. Give it a try, you won’t look back

Delicious! Potato cakes were super fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, all other food was amazing also! Mini flake is a great option to have on the menu and service was wonderful. Would recommend :)

Very good and the chips are so big portions and I love the food. Chips are cheap and cheap. Nom Nom Nom all you want and it’s so cheap. Owner was nice.

FANTASTIC!!! Fish and Chips.Overall great Fish and Chip Shop and would have given this premises 4 1/2 stars everyday of the week.***** Fish and Chips - are the best I have had in this area. A hidden GEM! Chips where cooked perfectly as was the fish, potato cakes and dim sims.**** Service - They were busy and had to stand around a while before being served but understand. A “I will be with you in a moment” Would go a long way.***** General Store Observations - Easy to read menu board. Offers packs and bundles. Easy parking out front of store. Clean store and store front.**** Value for money. Around the same price as everywhere else. A little pricey for the packs BUT the food is worth every cent.

It came to a staggering $69Corn jacks and dim sims over cooked, fish was smaller than last visit. Food was greasyWhat happened? This was our go to fish shop.
