Westfield Hurstville

I had fun and enjoyed my first ever visit to Westfield Hurstville. The way it is designed so cool while you shopping and moving from store to another you will he going upward without you feeling. Escalators and lefts are available around the shopping center.The center is well maintained and cleaned.

Westfield Hurstville has a fair amount of shops, restaurants, and Events Cinema on the rooftop. However, toilets are not cleaned properly, they always have an unpleasant stench. Parking is not too bad, but trying to check/ pay at the ticket machine is a nightmare. The touch screen doesn’t work properly.Since Hurstville has many people, I feel like management needs to hire more staff to maintain the cleanliness of this Westfield.

Not a bad Westfield with most of the things you need it has both a Kmart and a Big W inside which is fantastic I just wish they had a Target too! A couple of stores have been replaced including the City Beach store which I use to visit occasionally as well as the great little Cafe that use to be out the front of Cotton on has closed down.

Very good in general, but at least one of the escalators is broken every time I go there

We have been stuck in gridlock in the carpark with our 2 toddlers for more than an hour and we are still not out. The carpark design doesn’t allow vehicles to exit without merging into heavy traffic, which has caused the whole carpark from top to bottom to seize up. I found 3 Westfield staff who said this happens often on weekend when it rains and there is nothing they can do.

Avoid this shop (no shop name, Level 2, next to SHEIKE). Displayed a product with a large price tag in a conspicuous location on the shopfront glass window. When I went in to buy, the shopkeeper pointed to a higher price shown on the inside wall and refused to sell at the window price. Her excuse was that the window price was a “mistake”. I told her if it was a mistake, then the window price tag should be taken off at once to avoid misleading other people in the mall. She ignored and just walked away. When I passed by the shop some time later, the window price was still there, showing the shop had no intention of correcting the “mistake” and they just wanted to keep misleading other people in the mall. A shop with such selling practice falls short of what I would expect in a reputable shopping mall.

I like the variety of stores to purchase various items from, but yesterday there were teenage boys riding their bikes amongst the shoppers and a visit to the toilets was like a nightmare. There was no to report these issues to, very poor service

Nice shopping center full of great shops. Good place to come and eat as there are plenty of options. Is very clean.

Easy and convenient shopping centre. Not too big so easily get from one level to another. A great selection of retailers and department stores. Would be nice to have a H&M or even Myer come back. Two food courts plus a rooftop dining with plenty of cuisines to choose from.

Westfield at Hurstville is an excellent shopping centre that offers a premium shopping experience. The mall has a wide variety of stores, from high-end fashion brands to popular department stores and supermarkets. The mall is spacious and well-designed, making it easy to navigate, with plenty of seating areas and restrooms. The food court offers a fantastic selection of cuisines, from fast food to sit-down restaurants, with options for all dietary requirements. The mall is clean and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The ample parking and convenient location make it an easy choice for a shopping trip. Overall, Westfield at Hurstville is a fantastic destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
