The team at Eyeon Property Inspections are a delight to work with. They are very quick to reply and make booking inspections hassle free. The reports are of the highest quality and are completed within a quick timeline. I am always happy to talk with a team member over the phone as each of them are lovely to chat with and answer all my questions. I would not recommend anyone else! They really are the best.

Dealt with Marina and Ariane of Eyeon both as a solicitor and in a personal capacity and I would whole-heartedly recommend them every single time. Eyeon's quality of reports is top-notch, turnaround time is impressive but most of all, their sincere service is unmatchable.

Let me give you some free advice. Promote your services as enthusiastically as you like, but don't try and elevate your reputation by criticisng and diminishing the quality of other inspection companies in your marketing literature. Referring to competitors as being members of a 'cottage industry' is offensive and unprofessional. It says more about your insecurities than it does your capabilities. There are quite a few great strata inspection companies out there, you hardly have a mortgage on the standards you think you have

Quite a general report with lots of disclaimers that either say they haven't had a look at something, only glanced from afar, required some other professional to check or only had a glance. Lots of waived responsibilities.With all these disclaimers and comments of what they haven't checked, it defeats one of the main purposes of this report. Not sure if they could legally disclaim so much responsibility for a paid report.However, the builder is qualified and knowledgeable and was quite patient and detailed when I called in explaining each of the components, what the problems & implications are and how to rectify them as well as associated costs.It would have been better if the report had less disclaimers and more of the content that was talked through

Very responsive and helpful staff however the quality of the reports is very disappointing. The report failed to mention material required repairs which post purchase is going to cause a significant reduction in the Strata’s sinking fund.Do not recommend

Given all the 5 star reviews on this site i must have had a very incompetent, inexperienced inspector look at my property. I would have given them 0 stars if I could have! The repair bill for the issues with my weatherboard house that they missed has now reached $30,000 and climbing.Many of the weatherboards were packed with ‘bog’ a filler and painted over. Seeing all the patched up areas in weatherboards and around windows didn’t raise any alarm bells with them. After i bought the house, whenI gently touched patched areas the timber disintegrated under my fingers totally rotted.To be fair, the inspector and the chief of the company came out to have a look but, no surprise, they took no responsibility. Their response was that the inspection is only visual and they don’t touch anything. What a joke! Even though the complaint to my buyers agent who contacted Eyeon was made a year after purchase, all the patching and rotted wood was there at the time of inspection, they just didn’t bother to examine it. People don’t patch unless there have been problems. Wood rot doesn’t happen overnight.I was hesitant about buying a weatherboard house and relied on the inspection to give me an accurate assessment of the state of the property, and the problems with it-,not to just look at it with a ‘visual inspection’. Not good enough!!!If the price of justice and getting them to take responsibility wasn’t so high I would definitely be suing this company for negligence. Appalling workmanship by them and I am left to foot the bill for their incompetence.

We were going to auction to buy an apartment in Mosman and the vendor had Eye-On performed strata report available to potential purchasers at a cost of $39. However should you end up buying the property then you pay another $239. This is still cheaper than going to a traditional strata mgmt company to get such reports and in addition whether you buy the property or not you pay the full price with other strata mgmt reports. And EyeOn strata report pointed out items the agent missed". Also a day before the auction EyeOn updated us with the latest copy of AGM notes they got hold of. So it was not about just paying for the report and that's the end of it. Any further info EyeOn will forward to you regardless. What an honest and fair company! Others would ask for more $$$ for the additional info. I think the service Eye-On offer to potential buyers @ $39 is excellent value and fair. This also encourages buyers to use this service and everyone benefits. We have just bought another property and am calling EyeOn today to have them inspect our new purchase before the end of the cooling off period. Keep up the good work and reasonable pricing. And yes your customer service is EXCELLENT!"

Excellent service! The report was delivered within 24 hours, was very thorough, and the builder who prepared the report was super helpful when I called with some questions. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend EYEON to anyone looking to buy property. The property I was interested in already had a strata report arranged by the agent. Luckily, my lawyer recommended getting an independent report done just to be sure. As it turned out, the strata report supplied by the agent was missing important information relating to planned major works in the building, therefore, failing to highlight the fact that significant special levies or a loan will be required – very disappointing and misleading. EYEON’s customer service team have also provided a wonderful support, spending close to an hour on the phone with me going through the report and its findings. Thank you so much, good customer service is so rare to come by these days and it truly makes all the difference!
