Buyer Beware Do Not purchase from this company ...within Hours of receiving my sun shade I contacted them to inform them that it doesn’t fit the front screen of my car. They have not offered an alternative accused me of changing my mind which is totally untrue as I’m desperate for one living on the Sunshine Coast and are refusing to refund my money in full if I return the goods. Absolutely dreadful service and inferior goods.

Ordered a Canopy on the 14th of October 2022. Now is the 19th of November 2022 and I did not receive my Canopy yet. A week after I placed my order I found several voice messages on my phone from the sales team. I cant have my phone on me on working hours and when I was calling back on my breaks I was told the caller was unavle to answer my phone call at the moment. Every single time I left a message to the receptionist saying that they NEED to communicate with me via email, so I could answer promptly but they kept living messages to call back on my voicemail instead. They eventually ended up emailing me after I email them several times and everytime they called me was for a futile reson. That delayed the dispach of my order for several days or at least a week. Now it has been over a month and my canopy is not here yet and I really need it. I wont buy again from this company and i wont reccomend it to anybody else living far from their office too.Resoponse:Your team did not attempt to contact me via phone yesterday but sent me an email saying that I provided the wrong address and phone number. Both statements are false and you are now lying about the fact that you tried to contact me today and that I did not reply to your email. I replied to your email 20 minutes after it was sent. I already organized to pick up the canopy with the courrier. The canopy is ok, it has a small scratch on the side but nothing major. As stated before, do yourself a favour and dont buy from this company if you live interstate! A month an a half for delivery is unacceptable, I was never advised that the delivery time would have been that long either.

Excellent customer service! I had an electric roller shutter and central locking for the tail gate fitted to my Ford Ranger. Both jobs done on the same morning. Great price. Very happy. I highly recommend Bodyline Automotive.

I was looking at getting some floor mats for my car, as the ones i received from the dealership were pretty basic. I wanted something to protect as much floor space it can for me. i stumbled upon these mats. found out they were in melbourne and made the enquiry with the team, and ended up buying them. the service i received was outstanding and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase floor mats.

Bought a set for 1st 2nd and 3rd row 3D floor coverings for my 2022 Toyota Fortuner. The fit is pretty good, a little tight on the front passenger just doesn't want to sit all the way in and flat due to a support at the very top of the footwell but not a deal-breaker or something that can't be resolved with a slight trim. Very happy with the coverage. Definitely worth it.

Had a canopy installed here and it's perfect. No leaks door and windows seal up nicely, well done to the fitters. Then I bought the HD 1200mm roof racks. Snapped one bolt with a 10mm spanner( stainless would be a better choice) and on the racks itself there's a line of rust on a weld, easy fix but $600 it could've been a bit better. I will add that bodyline are not the manufacturers of the roof racks.

Been great to deal with awesome roller shutter only had a small problem with one of the remotes not synchronised just waiting for return phone call to fix problem but definitely buy of them again

I bought a ute canopy.Excellent product at a great price.Every single pieces are heavy duty including bolts and nuts.Also, I love the design and the colourGreat communication skill also thumbs up.What was missing only dispatch notification, but not an issue.

Picked up a moon roof visor, ordered from USA weathertech. Very happy with service. Would be a repeat customer if I was a 4x4 driver
